How this calculator works

Example: on a $100,000 invoice with an 85% advance, you receive $85,000 upfront and $15,000 is held in reserve.

If the fee is 2% ($2,000), the factor returns $13,000 when your customer pays — $98,000 in total. Fees often rise the longer an invoice is outstanding.

Frequently asked questions

What is the reserve?

The part of the invoice the factor holds back until your customer pays. After deducting its fee, the factor returns the rest as a rebate.

Why does the fee change with days outstanding?

Many factors charge per period, such as every 30 days. If your customer pays late, the fee increases and the rebate shrinks.

Does this include minimum fees?

Check your agreement. Some factors charge monthly minimums or other fees that the calculator may not include.

Is the result an offer?

No. It is an illustrative estimate. Each factor sets its own terms.
