Information we collect

Marketing consent

Marketing messages (for example, newsletters or promotional texts) are sent only if you opt in. That consent is separate from your inquiry, and it is never a condition of getting an answer or an offer. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Sharing with funders, lenders and partners

tsmartcash may provide certain financing directly or arrange it through third-party funders; the provider is identified in each offer.

We share your information with a funder, lender or partner (including our licensed mortgage partner for consumer mortgage requests) only with your consent and only for the request you made. Each recipient handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions. These include email delivery, website hosting and infrastructure, analytics, and, where applicable, AI document-processing providers that help us read documents you submit. We do not allow them to use your information for their own purposes.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents unless we ask for them through a channel we provide.

This site is intended for business owners and adults. It is not directed to children under 18.
